JOSH BRESSETTE
COMMIT TO SAVE A LIFE

Heroin/Opioid Recovey Assistance Program
Serving Berkshire County MA and Southern VT

A non-profit organization committed to assisting those seeking recovery from heroin/opioid use.

Josh Bressette Commit To Save A Life Inc. was created in loving memory of Joshua Bressette,
a 25 year old who lost his life due to his addiction to heroin.
Josh Bressette Commit To Save A Life promotes recovery by believing in the fact that people can recover! We are committed to providing assistance to individuals seeking recovery from heroin/opioid use through financial, inspirational, and peer support.

There are many extremely valuable organizations and websites that help to raise awareness of addiction, break the stigma surrounding addiction and to give moral support to family members and loved ones of those addicted. These sites provide education and list places and resources for help. The need for these resources, sites and organizations is tremendous. Despite all of this, there is usually one area, of addiction and recovery not addressed; the funds needed for those in recovery from substance use to become clean and lead productive lives.

To some people in recovery, something as simple as daily transportation to a medication assisted treatment facility, the cost of a copayment for a suboxone prescription, or a ride to a detoxification facility can be a huge barrier which prevents recovery from continuing.

*Josh Bressette Commit To Save A Life Inc. provides financial assistance in the form of bus passes and payments to cab companies for transportation to medication assisted treatment facilities, detoxification and rehabilitation facilities, and other recovery related appointments. Payments are made to pharmacies, doctor offices, and treatment facilities for prescriptions, co-payments, and office visits. The fund also sponsors one person per month in a sober/recovery home (up to $550 per month for up to 2 months). Funds may also be used for other recovery related services.

Josh Bressette Commit To Save A Life Inc. is operated by volunteers and funded solely through fundraising and donations. 100% of all donations are used for recovery services. The organization is devoted to helping individuals who want to release themselves from the grips of heroin/opioid use and RECOVER.

*All assistance is contingent on availability of funds.
